About Us
Fairground Market Catering specializes in off-site catering services for private, group and corporate events of all sizes. Our main objective is to provide each customer with a menu to suit his or her occasion that is both affordable and enjoyable. We offer customized menus using only the finest and freshest ingredients available.
We are a locally owned and operated by Tom Taylor and family serving Butler County since 1983. Fairground Market also offers a small grocery store complete with fresh and smoked meat department, deli, hot food deli, produce, and groceries. We offer a very competive ad that runs every week.
Plates, napkins and silverware are included in the menu price. We also offer upgrades for casual or formal events. If you have any questions or concerns about our services or policies, please contact us by telephone or email.

Policies
Parties Under 35 People - Will be charged an additional $1.00 per person
Tax And Gratuity - 6 % Sales Tax & 12%-15% Gratuity (Weddings are 15%)
Security Deposit - In order to guarantee the availability of our services, we require a security deposit that must be received within one (1) week of the date of confirmation.
Guaranteed Attendance - A final guarantee of attendance is required one(1) week before the planned event.
Cancellation - We must have a written cancellation two (2) weeks prior to the event, or your security deposit will be withheld.
Delivery Charge - A delivery charge will be applied to all drop offs

FAQ's
A: Whenever possible we include vegetarian and vegan options in our menus, and we are always willing to accommodate dietary needs in corporate and social catering.
Q: Do you offer decorating services?
A: No, we do not. While Fairground Market Catering does provide place settings, we do not offer full decorating services. The customer is responsible for all extra table decorations as well as center pieces if desired.
Q: Can you create custom menus for an event?
A: Yes, of course. One of our food associates would be more than happy to work with you and to create a menu specific to your needs and desires.
Q: How much is the security deposit?
A: Your security deposit will be 10% of the projected cost of your event. We except cash, credit and personal checks.
Q: How many people does a pound of BBQ Beef or Pork Feed?
A: 3 or 4 people
Q: Does your menu's include plates, napkins, and silverware?
A: If you choose a menu yes the plates, napkins and silverware are included, but if you choose from the mix and match they are not included
Q: When do you need the final count and payment?
A: We need the final count one week proir to your event and payment the day of your party
